Tree Clearing

If you have a tree or branch that is a danger to an Adams Electric distribution line, the cooperative can send someone to investigate. If it is determined the tree should be cut, the cooperative will include it on the schedule for tree trimming in the area.

If you need to have a tree removed near an Adams Electric line, please call toll-free 1-888-232-6732 or 717/334-2171. In some instances, the cooperative may de-energize the line to permit safe removal of the tree.

Please do not plant any trees directly under power lines. Never place any buildings under power lines. Never attempt to remove a tree or branch from an electric line yourself.
