Here's how to get started:

• Have at least one energy bill (electricity, propane, fuel oil or natural gas) from the past year. An entire year is even better. Adams members may get their electricity billing history through E-bill, the co-op's online bill view program or call toll-free 1-888-232-6732 to obtain their billing history.
• Visit the online energy audit site and follow the instructions.
• Answer the questions about your home's construction and its use of energy as you are prompted by the program.
• Use the resulting report or profile to make energy-saving changes to your home.
