Co-op Owners for Political Action (Co-op Owners) is a nonpartisan political action committee designed to funnel financial contributions from co-op members to those legislators who actively support issues of importance to electric cooperatives. Co-op Owners is a part of the Action Committee for Rural Electrification (ACRE), a political action committee that has collected contributions from co-op employees and directors across the nation since 1966.

Adams Electric introduced Co-op Owners in October 2006 in conjunction with Co-op Month through an article in Penn Lines and with a bill insert sent to full-time residential accounts.
