Haiti Earthquake Relief Efforts

NRECA International Foundation has been present in Haiti since 1998. On Jan. 12, the world learned of how an earthquake with a magnitude of 7.0 has crippled the capital city, Port-Au-Prince.

Myk Manon, a veteran with NRECA International with 30 years experience, is in Port-Au-Prince and leading NRECA’s efforts in assisting the international community and the assess immediate and critical needs for the substations and distribution networks required to facilitate relief activities in the capital city. Further, he will lead efforts for the planning of a longer-term reconstruction effort.

We are asking for your help. Please donate to the Haiti Relief Effort. Go to www.nrecafoundation.coop to make your contribution today. Donations will be used to help with the initial relief assessments and future and potential reconstruction efforts. All donations received through the website will be marked for the Haiti Relief effort (until further notice).
