Adams Electric Cooperative Scholarships
Adams Electric Scholarships for High School Seniors attending Other High Schools
Sons and daughters of full-time residential Adams Electric Cooperative members, who are high school seniors attending other schools (ex. vocational, technical, cyber, private, home-schools, or public schools outside of the districts coverage territories), may apply for $500 Adams Electric Cooperative Scholarships.
How to apply:
Print a copy of the application from the link below. Complete the 2-page application and mail it to the address provided on the form. Applications are also available at the co-op’s offices in Gettysburg, Shippensburg and York.
To qualify for a high school scholarship, the applicant must:
• Be a high school senior;
• Receive electricity from Adams Electric at their primary residence;
• Be accepted in a post-secondary program at an accredited institution (two-year, four-year or technical);
• Maintain a cumulative high school grade-point average of 2.5 or above;
• Show a commitment to community; and
• Show a financial need.
